Alexander Forbes webside is bogus!!!

Alexander Forbes's website is bogus. Claim turnaround times are nowhere to be found, and the claim tracker seems to appear and disappear just like the Admin department at Alexander Forbes. My claim is still in the disinvestment process and I have been trying to check my profile for the past two days to see if the claim tracker shows any updates. Now I am unable to log in as there seems to be a problem. Additionally, the investment is not showing and the claim tracker is gone.
