ALEXANDER FORBES USES TWO POT SYSTEM NOT TO PAY WHEN YOU RESIGN

I resigned from a company and from the start there was a lack or no communication from Alexander Forbes on the claim I have done, I called in several times where funds where not transferred /or not taken of the market, I called again and I was told because I took out a two pot earlier in the year, March month they will not be giving me my Savings, due to the two pot system which is different from resigning, now they using the two pot as a means of getting away on paying my saving on leaving my work, I will log a complaint with the ombudsmen and will not take this excuse .
