Alexander Forbes Unclaimed Benefits Giving Me The Run Around

<p>An unclaimed benefits claim was sent through in April 2016. A tax directive was received from SARS in June 2016. After numerous emails, complaints and calls I still am getting no joy. Today is 31.October.2016- I received an sms 21 October 2016 stating funds will reflect in my account within 7 working days- today no payment reflecting. I called the call centre and was advised that payment has not even been released. I do not understand the issue here- whatever happened to transparecy????? Why give me the run around like this and then still give false information. I am now at my wits end- I have no idea where to turn to next. Absolutely disappointing.</p>
