ALEXANDER FORBES - TOTALLY PATHETIC
I was contacted by Alexander Forbes about unpaid benefit that was due to me. The company is totally useless and I am surprized that so many organisations use this company to administer Pension and Provident Funds. You cannot get hold of this big organisations When you phone and you select Unclaimed benefit, the phone call goes into a bottomless pit and you will hold on for 30 - 40 minutes until you get tired and drop the call. This is totally pathetic that a big organisation like that administer so much money of SA companies can get away with doing this. I am still working and I am battling to get hold of them, never mind the poor person looking for their pension and provident money.
