Alexander Forbes to Alexander Flops

I resigned from my previous company and wanted to withdraw from the Alexander Forbes provident fund.All the relevant forms were submitted on 09-09-2015.From that time there was no communication in regards to what was going on with my withdrawal claim.I kept phoning their call centre several times only to end up running out of airtime because I was put on hold for 15 minutes or longer at a time.Even when I got through to someone they couldn't give any explanations.This has happened on many occasions.Today I phoned again was put on hold for 15 minutes again and when I finally got through I spoke to Busi Masango who further put me on hold for another 5 odd minutes only to come back and tell me she doesn't have any information about when withdrawal claim will be paid.I then asked if I can speak to someone who has answers for me.I was put on hold again for another 5 minutes only to be told that I must contact the fund administrator by the name of Emma Moloto on another number which I was given ***.The phone just keeps ringing.I have left a number of voice massages and still no feedback.People invest your money somewhere else because AF will give you grief when you need help.
