Alexander Forbes - The worst
I've posted a review about my payout that still didn't happen on the 23th of Nov. Where Alexander Forbes rep**** privately that they will follow up. Today is the 30th Nov and still no feedback on anything. I had to phone them again today just to hear they can't find my claim, which are totally bull**** as Ive received an sms with a refrence nr and claim was submitted online. Still struggling to get this sorted out. So either your people are incompetant, or you are lying and *****ing from people. So I will have no other choice as to go to every social media platform available to warn people about your company!!!
