Alexander Forbes the worst

I have personal experience with various financial services institutions, including Allan Gray, Glacier, Momentum, Alexander Forbes, and others.I usually deal directly with the institution, not through a go-between adviser - advisers often hide the inefficiencies of the financial institution from the client. I report on my experience over decades regarding the quality of the administrative service, not on the gains or losses of the investments.

In my opinion and experience, Allan Gray is by far the most professional, responsive and trustworthy of the lot. (I am not talking about Allan Gray Orbis here).

I found Alexander Forbes Financial Services to be the worst of them all, by far. They are *********** to the extent that I cannot trust them to administer my pension investment any longer.
