Alexander Forbes The Horrible
Alexander Forbes is horrible. There is the two-pot system now and since last week their WhatsApp and AF Connect (online system) are down, yet they are charging admin fees. How do you explain that? You cannot access the system the whole week even if you want to check your fund values or apply to withdraw your savings.

What is the admin fee for if you are not using it to make the system meet the demands of an expected unusually high traffic volume? Youn should have expected such high volumes. This is just unacceptable.
