Alexander Forbes terrible service
I have been a client for 7 years and lost my job in March. I have been trying to get my withdrawal for 2months with no success. Each person I speak to either tells me a new story or drops the phone on me. The company doesn't seem to care about the livelihoods of the clients and the fact that we can't even buy food. I am appalled.
