Alexander Forbes- Terrible Service

I am very disappointed with the service from Alex Forbes. They clearly need to hire more people as receiving feedback from them takes forever. I have had so many challenges in the past with them making payouts on our Tax free savings funds. They take forever to pay. Their contact center agents clearly require more training. You have to hold online forever till someone answers your calls. Their response on email seems to be non existent and these are people whom we trust with our money. Terrible service. I wish I could move my pension fund to a more reliable institute
