Alexander Forbes Still no Response!

As nothing has happened since my last review, here is a re-post. The very first time I initiated communications with Alexander Forbes (AF) was December 2016 regarding the withdrawal of my RA. Being a tightly regulated process involving formal immigration with the Reserve Bank (SARB) and Tax Clearance with SARS, it took me about 1 Year to get to a position to start the process with AF. On the 23 of February 2018 I officially started the funds withdrawal process with AF. On the 28th of Feb I received confirmation that the AF team started processing my request. On the 6th of March I escalated the case for not receiving feedback on the status and again received confirmation that the request is being processed. On the 8th of March they requested additional documentation which I provided on the 18th of March. From the 18th of March AF had all my documents including the ones they didn’t request in December 2016. I received another mail today, 26 April, requesting me to submit another delegation of authority letter (the 3rd one) for SARS meaning, they have not done a SINGLE thing on my case, since the 18th of March. Aside from getting on a plane, flying to SA, and then getting on my hands and knees to beg you to please payout MY money, what do you need from me to move this forward?
