Been waiting for almost 3 months and still evertime its taking up between 20 and 30 minutes to eventually speek to a consultant and every time the same story. We will escalate your complain. Please call back in 2 days time OR someone Wil contact you in 24 hrs. But that never happens. To who ever read this.... PLEASE PEOPLE.. STAY AWAY FROM ALEXANDER FORBES!!!!!!!! They don't have a problem collecting your money but when they must give it back.... That's another thing..
