Alexander Forbes STAY AWAY FROM THEM
This company is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with. They simply do not care AT ALL. DO NOT PHONE YOU BACK. Can NEVER give you an answer about YOUR OWN money. Call centre are a bunch of ***** and are clueless at their jobs. They cannot even get someone to call you back. They say they have escalated your issue when they have not... You stay on hold forever and theyu mess you around constantly. NEVER EVER Use them, lets shut these huge corporates down who mess with peoples lives. RUN AWAY They are sharks, useless, pathetic and *****;. Getting my providend payed out has cost mde about R500 in phonecalls alone.. and they still dont know anything. All they know in the call centre is to say 4 to 6 weeks. Their brains cannot say anything else. Useless useless useless.
Luckily after 3 hours of trying, I got hold of 1 person in your entire building of useless employees with no clue on how to treat a customer, and she made a plan, listened and did your and everyone elses jobs and she is awesome.
Its quite the disappointment that you, Bengy are a manager or head of this department... and this is the cold and methodical non caring way you handle with zero actual help unhappy customers...
