ALEXANDER FORBES STAFF WITHDRAWAL

Good day,

I resigned from Alexander Forbes on 6 April 2018.Payroll confirmed resignation on 18 April 2018. I chatted to the Alexander Forbes Staff Fund administrator on Friday 20 April who confirmed the withdrawal process would commence.Nothing has happened.Fnb Homeloan confirmation team has not provided balances since Monday 23 April 2018. I have sent numerous emails to Alexander Forbes regarding a request for an advance.No response since 23 April. Funds have not even been disinvested.

I would appreciate a response asap and request my funds to be paid out asap.
