Don’t count on Alexander Forbes to take care of you or your money.

I have been waiting on a claim for over 6 weeks with no hep whatsoever. I keep getting out on hold and told someone will call me back and no one ever does! I am utterly disappointed in this as I am counting on this to go through my daily life until I find a new job. Why can no one help me? I have been emailing everyone to which no help is returned.

I did not expect this as they have had no problem with taking my money but when it is time to give me my money I can’t get any of it without a problem.

You are sick people.
