really.... Alexander Forbes really doesn't take its clients seriously... unable to access anything, unable to submit a claim. unable to check if my split was done. unable to do anything.... I don't understand... because you guys knew about the changes happening on the 1st of September, yet you are unprepared and your clients are just use to the appalling service so you guys just carry on being sub standard. get with the program your competitors have a whatsapp to complete and request information.... your whatsapp has been shut down... you really have let me down, already the 4th and still battling to access your site... shame on you!
