Alexander Forbes Provident Fund.... Poor service

My wife submitted withdrawal forms to the Provident fund 3 weeks ago and she has been sending follow up emails about the withdrawal and nobody is bothering to respond to her... This is rather frustrating to say the least. Its all nice and cheesy when people pay into the fund but come withdrawal time then Alexanderforbes ducks and dives!
