Alexander Forbes Preservation funds

Good day I am waiting for my provident and pension fund to be paid out all docs was done got my letters from Sars was advised that after the letters from Sars it will be completed. I need to phone every single day I was advised that the funds will be available within 24 to 48 hours there is no funds yet. The one states funds was paid over the other states no I was not done. Today I spent 4 hours on the phone with them and still not sorted. I waited my time period but no respond if I don't phone I just don't get any feedback. Every day I am prosied that I will get a call or an email or even an sms but nothing
