Alexander Forbes pour communication

Not to Impressed with AF at the moment as I have been emailing them and I'm not receiving a response from them with regards to my with fund withdrawal. I can never get through on the landline and when I do, I get transferred and the line cuts.. I've wasted so much money on airtime. slowly giving up
