Alexander Forbes - Poor service

Alexander Forbes is the most pathetic company I have dealt with to resolve a problem... Firstly you need to hold on for ages to get hold of a consultant that can not make any decisions or they drop the call when asking for a manager. Worked for a company in 1997 which they have not even paid my pension fund money yet. I have a tax directive loaded at SARS by Alexander Forbes, for money not even paid to me, thus not being able to finalize my e-filing due to their incompetency or the just don't care attitude. When I finally got hold of a consultant, I must wait another 4 to 6 weeks to sort out there incompetence before my e-filing can be finalized!
