Alexander Forbes poor service
My son has a trust fund with Alexander Forbes, and nearly every time I request funds or information, there is an issue. You send an email, get a automated response saying that it is being attended to and then nothing. They make a huge amount in fees as the trust fund is large but the level of service is really low.
