Alexander Forbes poor service

I am so disappointed with the service i have been getting from A Forbes, i have been trying to call them so many time and when i get through to the switchboard they kept cutting me....the last call i made it went through to Tshepang or Tshepiso & she dropped me as well, and their call centre IVR doesn’t work as well, as it kept asking me to press a certain number but when i do that it doesn’t direct me to the right person to assist me. It has been a real struggle for me just to follow up on my retirement claim that was done last month November , even that call back on their website doesn't work because no one has been calling me. Its really frustrating for me because i have recently lost my job and was counting on my retirement funds to atleast cover me up until i get another job
