Alexander forbes poor service

I am utterly appalled by the terrible service i have received... i have tried contacted them on numerous times and sent countless emails but with no satisfaction.. i guess this is how they treat all clients. I have made a claim more than 2 months ago and i have sent all my documents that they have requested and when i spoke to leandra abdul from the provident fund side she said once all documents are in i will be payed out in 24hrs which i did send in my documents and that had been last week... this whole week i have been trying to call her and send numerous emails but not once did she get in contact with me or even reply to my emails... this is pathetic the service they offer you is ****
