Alexander Forbes Poor customer service

-On May 13, my past employer submitted a withdrawal claim on my behalf, with Alexander Forbes. -I was told to give Alexander Forbes 4 to 6 weeks, as it takes this long to process claims. - In June, I then contacted Alexander Forbes and was told that they just needed to issue a tax directive, and all would be sorted. The call centre agent advised me to call again a week later to check on the tax directive. - A week later, I called, and the agent whom I spoke to then put me on hold for over 20 min and never got back to me. - I then laid a formal complain through the feedback customer line. - I was then connected with the administrator responsible for processing claims, and she advised me that my claim was somehow missed, and needed to be resubmitted, and that I needed to speak to a broker. - I then waited for the broker to get back to me, but after a week I still had heard nothing. So I said I would escalate the issue. After this, both the administrator and broker immediately got back to me. - My claim was resubmitted, and I was advised that the broker would get back to me. - It has now been 2 weeks and I still have not heard anything. I have contacted both the administrator and the broker, but no one has responded or rep**** back to me. - This is an issue that has persisted for over 2 months, and there has been very little progress made. I am quite dismayed by the level of customer service that Alexander Forbes has presented, and am quite saddened by the fact that my issue still has not been resolved after going back and forth so many times. As it stands, I don't even know when or if this shall be resolved.
