Alexander Forbes payout
Initial payout period should have happened between 4-6 weeks from submission. It has now been 16weeks and still no answers. Service is pathetic. You are put on hold for 40+ minutes for them just to check the status of your claim and then still no answer can be given. Worst experience ever !

06 Nov 2020, 17:37So today, 6 November 2020. I should have received my payout by today as per Alexander Forbes. An email confirmation was send to me stating that my claim would have been finalized on November 2,2020. After the 5th phone call today from me, I was told AGAIN that the bank rejected my payment AFTER I send them all the documents they requested a week ago. This week will be week 17 that I'm waiting for my payout. They are quick to tell us that they haven't received the companies contribution being the reason for the delay. You receive emails and messages saying that you will received feedback within 3-5 working days. If I don't call to follow up, you will NOT receive any feedback. You are kept on hold for +-35minutes just for them to cut the call !
