I have nevet expieridnced less competent people like at Alexander Forbes. That includes government department call centres to. Last week I post how a claim is not processed due to incompetence and not supplying correct information requests sending me up and down. Somebody quickly phoned and told me not to worry about sending the original documentation, as the claim value is to low. This was going to be put to me by e mail but never happened. Today I am told the origional documentation is needed again on following up. Also the bank statement is not stamped, which it is. I have also sent the origional documents, including the statement. This just one big *********** joke.. It has now also transpired that a initial differs and now we have an issue again.
