Alexander Forbes pathetic service: my issue unresolved for a year

One of the most frustrating experiences in my life. I have been trying to transfer money into my retirement fund from another fund and a year has gone by and it's still not actioned. Firstly it took months to get a reply from AF, then when I did after 9 months and got the information they required the staff member had left. I've been then given the run around with nobody at AF willing to assist me.
