Alexander Forbes - Pathetic service levels

I would like to write about my extremely bad service received with Alexander Forbes. To begin, perhaps they should spend more on communicating more effectively and training their staff to assist customers other than creating false advertising that does no justice to the service levels they provide as a company.

It’s been more than a month, to which Alexander Forbes failed to deliver the promises they have made to me. Further, it is a constant battle to get assistance or any clear information. Their call center, do not actually provide any guidance at all.

In 2016 Alexander Forbes was responsible for correctly applying for tax derivative on my behalf with SARS. A company, who proclaims to be a specialist in retirement /provident fund portfolio, unfortunately they messed this up and now cannot provide the information required?? Is this a joke or perhaps SARS should be carefully auditing this company???

This has been my bitter, frustrating experience with this company, a specialist on the field. I personally will never recommend Alexander Forbes to any individual. They simply want to gain the consumer market however they cannot do any more !!!!
