Alexander forbes pathetic service and attitude

I was dismissed awhile back due to personal reasons and the company submitted my provident fund withdrawal documentation while I was there at the hr office after signing the forms. I been trying to call Aleander Forbes for weeks now to check the status of my withdrawal and their service is pathetic to put it politely..being made to wait till you run out of airtime and get cut time period of waiting being from 10mins to 25mins with nobody answering the call till you get cut off. Then after trying and trying and using so much money on airtime if you get a consultant their attitudes are pathetic as when you ask the status they sigh like it's a ****** effort to tap on their keyboards enter the info and see what's going on. I was told that I must call admin dept to see where my withdrawal status is at and then again the waiting on hold continues over and over again till I got through to.the admin dept and am told that theres nothing on the system as the company did not submit the forms..as I say it was submitted..so what's ****** going on there..its my money not yours get.people to work there that have decent customer skills and know what they doing. Now this incompetence has put me in a situation where I don't know what is happening.
