Alexander Forbes-Pain to deal with

This is my second review! I am truly frustrated. Alexander Forbes people are the worst people one can ever deal with. I really wouldn't advise anyone to invest with them. They never communicate, I am always the one chasing after them. They never stick to whatever they tell you they'll do.

I am sincerely hurt by how they handle death claims, they lack sympathy and they never think about how tough it is for a family after losing a loved one.
