Alexander Forbes Over stepping their jurisdiction M***5

I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing Alexander Forbes Financial services South Africa.

They refuse to release my contributions unless they satisfy there collective egos I am who I claim to be. They claim my I.D. number vis a vie my tax registration number point to two different persons, and I must now prove to them "I am whom I claim to be", before they (Alexander Forbes) release my monies.

In other words, " I must jump their hoops to get my funds from them. Guilty, till proven innocent , they say.
