Alexander Forbes not responding on withdrawals.

What a terrible customer service! I have been trying to get hold of someone to assist me with the withdrawal of my provident fund. Phoning and just being put through to hold forever but no one calls back or assist. I have submitted my claim and were told it is being processed and ten days later no response OR email after they said they are sending emails. I phoned and was given more numbers but also have to hold for like 20 minutes only for the calls to be cut off to be put through. This is TERRIBLE and disgusting! Quick to advertise grow your dreams but when you actually need your money and witdrawal it takes forever!!!
