Alexander Forbes not paying out pension funds

I am currently in week 10 of waiting for my pension fund payout from Alexander Forbes. The claim was initiated on 6 March 2023 when I received an sms informing me of it. The message said 4 - 6 weeks for payment. In week 5 I enquired if everything was in order and was told that they were waiting for a SARS tax directive and were hoping to have it within the next couple of days. On said date I enquired whether they received to tax directive was received and it was confirmed that it was and would be processed shortly and I could expect payment within 3 - 5 business days. Those days passed and still no payment. I tried to log a comp,aint on their website, but the site was down, so I found an email to which I could send a complaint. I was then told that I would receive feedback within 4 business, bla bla bla. That never happened. So I logged a complaint about my complaint and again, 4 business days bla bla bla. None of the promises were honoured. No feedback is received. No payments are received. I have to beg for my own money, while it lays in their account earning them interest. I am sick and tired of excuses and empty promises Alexander Forbes is feeding me.
