ALEXANDER FORBES NOT PAYING MY CLAIM
on 31 March 2023 I resigned from my job and requested that my funds be transferred to another financial institution and an amount of R50,000.00 to be paid into my own account. The first time I requested these transfers from Alexander Forbes I submitted my id, marriage certificate and bank confirmation letter. In middle of April 2023 my claim has still not been paid into the relevant accounts and was told again to submit my id, marriage certificate and bank confirmation letter. On 26 April I received an email stating " Great news! Your claim has been paid. It may take up to 3 working days for the funds to be processed through the banking systems......" On 04 May 2023 still no money into the accounts that was specified on day one to AF. On 05 May 2023 I received an email stating "Please note that your payment was rejected with the following reason 'name not validated". Really!?!?! After I submitted my id and marriage certificate TWICE Alexander Forbes want me to belief this BS!!!! AF are playing delayed games and I am not playing along any longer. I want my money in my account without any further delay from AF. How can you say my claim has been paid and when I make enquiries I am told, oh sorry, no it was suddenly rejected. I see other people on Hello Peter struggling with the same issue I am and I am of the mind to get legal assistance because it is clear AF does not want to pay my money that is owe to me, to me.
I am so done playing the game of which AF is playing.
My claim reference number is #AF-*** My email is *** / *** Contact Number ***
