Alexander Forbes, not as great as they claim.. Lacking in all Departments

I have reached out to Alexander Forbes after being notified of a provident fund that the had still kept and not paid out after several years since leaving a companies employment. This was after i questioned them regarding the outstanding amount and I was assured all was correct.

Years later I am being paid out the said balance , however , when calling no one can assist with the value. After a few weeks of battling to receive a value letter. now the nightmare of waiting for the payment.

After sending an email to their admin department, you get told it would be 3 to 5 working days for a response. With waiting the said amount of time , and allowing a day or two extra.. I emailed again.. With no response.

It is regrettable that companies choose Alexander Forbes, they get the financial benefits. And the end user gets left with the mess to deal with the poor dealings of such a self acclaimed giant in the industry.

I would urge businesses to please look elsewhere before leaving their employees to deal with such bad service later on.
