Alexander Forbes Nonsense Continues

I wrote a desperate review a few weeks ago hoping that Alex Forbes would escalate and expedite my claim. Was I wrong!!

In the weeks that have passed, I have been given feedback, after days, of how they are struggling to get a stamp or signature from my former employer. Even though they signed my original claim in January, I had to alert them to this even though such records should be on their system

In all this time, I have expressed and demonstrated how desperate my personal situation is without any recognition or empathy shown by the agent handling my case.

I will continue to write reviews everyday from here onwards until I have my funds, people need to be aware of how terrible claiming can be from them. Only sad part is every employer I go to seems to want to utilise their services, there is just no escape
