Alexander Forbes Non-existent customer service
No human works there any more, it would seem. Their not so intelligent AI can’t understand what you type in. Emails are not responded to. We’re desperate to get our tax certificates but just no joy. Now I’m told that they’ve vacated their grand Sandton offices? Does this company still exist? Where can I turn to get this vital document?
