Alexander Forbes - no service at all.. appalling

This is a continuation of the same extremely bad service. WE have still not received the payments, documentation that is needed including what is required by SARS, you just cannot invest in this company, it is next to impossible to get your funds out.. In my opinion they are behaving as though they might be going insolvent... Just no response and feedback, even the customer complaint dept is shockingly poor.. I am gobsmacked....
