Alexander Forbes Nightmare!!

Heavily pregnant as I am I am still waiting for a claim I submitted end of July. What's worse is the lies that you are told every week,one minute they are sending your claim to SARS the other they are dis-investing your funds depends on what lie the agent feels like telling you on the day. When you try to followup you will wait hours on the phone before its picked up,with which airtime if you withholding my funds?Being a professional i have withdrawn funds with different companies a number of times and the service was amazing.Theres no excuse that a claim submitted end of July is still not paid out,even the Two Pot clients got their money but here am i suffering.They have ruined my pregnancy journey and the plans I had for me and my baby. I will post a review every week until I get my money.
