I resigned from my previous employer in June 2017, and completed all the forms I was given for AF to transfer my funds from the Provident Fund to a Preservation Fund.

To date, this instruction still has not been carried out. I have spoken to agents over the phone at AF, and told the funds are transferred to an unclaimed benefits fund. For over 6 months I have been going back and forth trying to get a response: > No one has bothered to call me back; > Phoning the 'helpdesk' led to 20+ minutes waiting for someone to answer, only to be told I would be called back... NOTHING! > Logged a number of enquiries on the online portal, with absolutely no feedback; > I was told I would get assistance from a Financial Consultant (Graham K*****) who never responded to my mail.

How on earth does a big FSP like this justify their credibility when dealing with private 'human' investors? Must I be a company before I'm taken seriously?

This has been dragging on for nearly a year now, and I'm sure that AF has been getting nice interest off my investment... What must I do to move my investment, since investing with AF is a big no-no
