Alexander forbes ****ming me of my retirement funds

I have been calling the company for my claim and they have been giving me the run around not giving me a straight answer. it's been 4 months being told that they waiting for the person with out a name to clear my claim. This is my money but right now I feel like I have to beg them to pay me my money. I thought this was a good company but after what they are doing to me I wouldn't advise anyone to use Alexander forbes services. I have spent over a R 100 airtime just to be told they can't help me get what is due to me. I want an urgent response from management with regards to my query with the solution being when I am getting my money.
