Alexander Forbes Making me Run around for TAX certificate

I am highly displeased with how Alexander Forbes is treating us . I am being sent from Pillar to post for a urgent tax requirement which SARS is asking from me. Everytime I call , I am informed to contact my employer who will provide it to me . My employer has sent me to Forbes and request it just as the Medical aid companies provide. I was then sent to and Automated service informing me that my Tax Certificate will be sent directly to SARS so i need not worry about it. My Challeng is that SARS is Requesting me a document which is allegedly submitted in 2019 according to AF. How do we get Help here . Is there someone sensible and caring enough to actually listen to our plea and requirements
