Alexander Forbes: killing those in its care

My father's pension fund is administered by Alexander Forbes. His September pension was not paid, and after a lengthy complaint process, was paid on the 25th of October. The arrears for the medical aid increase was deducted from the September pension payment. In October, his pension was paid short, with the arrears, which was already deducted, being deducted again.

Now we found out my father's medical aid contributions have not been paid to Discovery. He is terminally ill. This in NO WAY acceptable. I have been, throughout this saga, unable to reach anyone other than a call sentre agent. Every person I speak to has a different story. I am promised feedback, and nothing happens. Besides his medical aid being left unpaid, he still hasn't received the refund for the money he was paid short in October.

This is causing my very ill father anf my mom endless distress.

This is my dad's pension and medical aid, which he is reliant upon. I am shocked and disgusted at the lack of care, diligence and feedback.

I will now escalate this to the ombudsman, because apparently, Alexander forbes could care less about my father's care.
