Alexander Forbes - kids trust funds missing!

I went to Alexander Forbes to claim my funds I was left after my dad died.. Cherley confirmed 2-3 times that someone from the financial department will give me a call back to arrange for the payment to be made. When after a week of not hearing of them, I went back to their office and they said they can't find anything on the system. They also said that Cherley was on sick leave, the next week she was on holiday leave and then she resigned at Alexander Forbes.. After MANY attempts to get this sorted and get my inheritance my dad left me and my 2 brothers, we simply just gave up as it was costing us alot of money to phone and hold endlessly just to be sent from one call center agent to another and nobody can help us and trips to and from their offices got expensive. We moved to a new area and our new neighbor's wife told me she worked a long time for Alexander Forbes and when call center agents just "dissappear" and left no trace behind as to what happened to your money, they (she's not working alone) ***** the money, everyone get their cut of the money and the client is left with nothing but "I'm sorry for your " osses".. I was 7 years old when my dad passed away and left me and my 2 brothers each a separate account and build up interest monthly, that we could claim when we turned 18.. I'm 36 my brothers, 31 and 39 still haven't seen a dime. She didn't say how much it was when she gave us all information about our accounts, but who just dissappear and not going back to work if it wasn't enough to retire as work is impossible to find these days? We don't want them to get away with it anymore, but we find out the Brooklyn branch we went to closed down.. Any idea wat we should do? Do we get a lawyer, or private investigator.. do we go to social media?
