Alexander Forbes- Just horrible experience

Alexander Forbes is just the worst Financial Institute i ever dealt with.

I even did a complain online and did not even get feedback from that process.

I dealt with claim consultant Thato Morobane that is just dishonest and *********** to work with grieving customers. I really hope after we finalize the process that is currently taking her a year to sort out (still on going) that I never have to deal with her likes again.
