Alexander Forbes is useless

They submitted incorrect details to SARS, and i haven't been told up until i requested for an update. I submitted the correct details to them and still they haven't submitted my document to SARS even today. I have been calling everyday for an update since the beginning of December and all the say is, the system is down, someone told me SARS approved and the claim will be processed soon. their agent have been lying to me every time. Now all my plans failed because of them.

They must take their client and get read of useless agent they have, specifically Lebo from complains department.

I'm so disappointed.
