Alexander Forbes is useless
I have been waiting for 9 months for a payout from the company that is only supposed to take 6 weeks and there is no communication from their side as to when I am receiving my payment the only answer I get from them is that the payment has been made and I did not receive any kind of proof of the matter and I have been waiting for 3 days for a reply from them
