Alexander Forbes is the worst Financial Service company

Alexander Forbes is the worst Financial Service in the world. I don't encourage anyone to use them for financial services, bad service all the time. They have made a mistake with my payout and they won't even give me a proof of payment. I have been trying to get hold of them the whole morning sent several emails and they are just ignoring me. When I did get hold of them I was cut off and they did not even bother to call me back even though they have all my details. I can't believe they would act like this. I mean this Is my money that I worked so very hard for and they just don't care.
