Alexander forbes is the worst

Alexander Forbes has probably the worst client service...today I called their client service and held the line for 56 min before hanging up. Yesterday I held the line for more than 30 min "your call is important to us" they say! if you send them a mail it takes three days for anyone to respond. a couple of weeks ago I spoke to a lady that was quite rude demanding their process takes 15 to 20 days, and I have long past that. They advertise themselves as the number one financial services provider in SA but this is most certainly not my experience...
