Alexander Forbes is the worst!

Alexander Forbes is the worst investment company. You put all your hard earned money and when you want your money back they want you to go up and down like you're borrowing money from them. I've been investing with them since I started working for Capitec and I changed my surname to double barren when I got married while working for Capitec . I submitted my marriage certificate with my I'd copy and bank statements but they keep telling me I should go get a new ID. How the hell am I supposed to do that when I'm almost 9 months pregnant and in the middle of a divorce...they keep giving stupid excuses not to give my money and this Pumeza lady doesnt want to give me the ombudsman numbers. This investment company should be investigated because even on social media pages other people have not been paid for over a year now...companies should give employees options where they want to invest their money. You can't treat people like they're borrowing money from you.
